Call for Papers

A.   Types of submission

  1. Abstract: The abstract should be between 3 000 and 4 000 characters, including spaces.
  2. Paper: The paper should be between 10 000 and 20 000 characters, excluding the bibliography.

The abstract should be submitted first, followed by the full paper after the double-blind peer review of the abstract by the Scientific Committee. Use the paper template described in the section "Paper Templates".

B.    Article Format

The document must be in one of the formats .odt.doc ou .docx. It must include the following:

  1. The title of the paper
  2. Name and surname of author (s)
  3. Affiliation
  4. Title
  5. Email address
  6. Indicate the type of submission. See possible submission types above in part A.
  7. Four to six keywords
  8. The reseach problem addressed
  9. The methodology used
  10. Main results
  11. A short bibliography.

C.   How to submit your article?

  1. Create a sciencesconf.org and log in using your credentials.
  2. In the column on the left, click on "My Space"
  3. Then click on "My submissions"
  4. Then click on "Submit an abstract"
    1. Fill in the title field
    2. Copy/Paste the abstract and bibliography
    3. Choose the type of submission
    4. Choose the language of the text
    5. Indicate the date of production of the text
    6. Copy/Paste the keywords
  5. Then click on "Next step"
    1. Verify author affiliation
    2. Add more authors if necessary and verify their order 
  6. Then click on "Next step"
  7. Submit your .odt .doc ou .docx document. Ensure you have included all required information (see part B).
  8. Then click on "Next step"
    1. Click submit

D.   Review of submissions 

 All submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee using the following criteria:

  • Registration meeting the type of submissions (part A)
  • Relevance of the research problem and objectives of the research
  • Methodology used and relevance of the theoretial framework
  • Presence of theoretical or empirical results
  • Quality of written language
  • All elements from part B above included

 All accepted papers must be submitted by 15 March 2024 at latest
